Changing Colors in 1.6 Template Manager was created by legend

I have tried to change the colors in The template manager and it has not worked. It says the file have saved but the colors do not change.

akronteeth.com/ I want to change the text in the HOT menu and the body text to match the logo.

I was able to change the acordian text in that moduel.

Please select Custom style in template parameters.
