joomla 1.5, VM 1.9 install

hi, i am trying to install the template into joomla 1.5 and vm 1.9,
i have change the virtuemart.cfg file as the instructions, but when i am opening my the install on my browser(index.php) i got this massage:
[an error occurred while processing this directive]
can you advise me what to do next and froward in the instillation progress?

note that package you downloaded from us is not installation. Inside of it are actual installation packages.

I know, i unzipped the file: "hot_fashionstore_j15_hotstart.zip"
and copy the directory to my server by mozila ftp, and the massage still apear for the second time i have copy the directory...
please i am trying to install the beautiful fashion template since i have bought it on 1.4.12, and i have done the same moves like your pdf instructions file says for joomla 1.7 version and VM 2.0 version. and it's still not working, can you help me to install it?
