Customers cannot add/edit their shipping address.

When the customer proceeds to checkout in my site, they are allowed to input billing address but when clicking the link to add/edit shipping address. My screen looks like attachment below with no fields to input address information.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

sorry... figured it out...

you edit the shopper field lists and add or subtract fields.
