Enabling SEO for VM

Enabling SEO for VM was created by kampala
When SEO for VM is applied I see some weirdness in the generation of pages such as the edit user address during checkout page or the view orders page. What appears to be happening is that modules such as Hot Effects Rotator that are only set to be published on the home page are showing up ahead of content on these other pages such as edit address page.
All product and category pages display just fine with OR without SEO for VM enabled. AND
if I switch off SEO for WM then everything is fine including the edit address page etc.
Any idea how to fix this weirdness ?
