IE 8 User7 and user8 Problem

IE 8 User7 and user8 Problem was created by yzc

Hi,
hot_relief theme is mozilla chrome and opera no problem with opening. But IE 8 with the opening, user7 user8 position does not appear.

is there a solution ?

If content if cut-off from some point in IE that is due copy / pasting from MS Word or similar. Copy content first to plain text editor to lose strong formating then copy it back to joomla WYSIWYG editor
