Hot Relief sub text on top menu items

I cannot execute sub text on top menu items of Hot Relief template, cause I do not know where from to use devider (II) as per template instalation guide. What is that devider stand for, I cannot spot it on my keyboard. Using just double II letter does not help. Sub text does not appear on top menu. Please advise.

That is no uppercase i letter, that is | usually near main enter on your keyboard (or hold alt and type 124 on numeric keyboard).
