I just downloaded sparky and am getting this error when opening the the demo page:

When following the video and with no rows asssigned the demo should be blank.
I have tried adding rows and module positions but I still get the same error.
I noticed that this file does not exist in the /templates/sparky/ folder:
sparkyDSlibraryDSsparky_parameters.php
