Strict standards

Good day,

I switched from using your commercial hot e-commerce to using sparky framework.
I built a website with sparky dochase.com/
In the pages it gives an unwanted notice on the rotating banner and all the other pages.

The notice reads thus: "Strict Standards: Non-static method JSite::getMenu() should not be called statically, assuming $this from incompatible context in /home/dochasec/public_html/templates/sparky_framework/index.php on line 248"

also: "Strict Standards: Non-static method JApplication::getMenu() should not be called statically, assuming $this from incompatible context in /home/dochasec/public_html/includes/application.php on line 536"

The banner also: "Strict Standards: Only variables should be assigned by reference in /home/dochasec/public_html/modules/mod_hot_image_slider/tmpl/default.php on line 15"

Please i also want the black shadow on the rotating banner to be removed.

Please how can i rectify them.

That are just warnings. Go to joomla global configuration and level down "Error reporting" parameter value
