One Page Template HELP !

I use Joomla 2.5 with One Page template. I really didnt understand how i do menu links to article?

Can somebody explain step by step how to do on One Page template.

It uses anchors. If you have link like this <a href="#position1"... and you click on it page will scroll to element with name postion1 like:

<a name="position1" id="position1"

So you use menu items to pint to places on page and you should mark that places with element having target id/name.
