Your WordPress installation is different from the original WordPress installation. You probably have a plugin that hides certain links from the WordPress dashboard. For example, your WordPress is missing link Appearance > Theme File Editor (it exists in all standard WordPress installations).

Try disabling the plugins one by one to check which one makes the problem. Also, you can try installing the theme on a new WordPress installation.

Thank you for help. I will check it. I installed separately:
-Wordpress,
-Theme,
-Demo.
I don't think, that some plugin hides lik to Appearance > Theme File Editor. I have similar - other Wordpress sites, and also don't see Appearance > Theme File Editor.
I turned off:
-Disable PHP in Themes,
-Disable PHP in Plugins,
in Firewall, it could'nt hide this option.

I think, that main reason can be, that I installed theme:
hot-business-wp-theme.zip
on Wordpress, and didn't install:
demo_data_11cd35acb0da30854827_20201215102402_archive.zip
But OK, first of all - I will check plugins. Thank you.

I alsochecked website, where I see options:
-Appearance > Theme File Editor
-Appearance > Theme Option.
and I see that "Theme Option" call
example.com/wp-admin/themes.php?page=sparky

I tried do it for this website and see:
Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.

No, theme demo data is not related to this. Like I said, you are also missing the Theme Files Editor. It exists in all original WordPress installations.
