It doesn't work on your site, and unfortunately, I can't tell you the reason. It's probably a conflict with one of your many extensions on this website. Also, it could be a conflict with the customizations you made to the administrator template of this website. I see your Joomla administrator panel doesn't look as standard Joomla installation on your website. It seems like it's zoomed out...

Thanks for trying - appreciated.
I will probably rebui;d the site - won't take long.

Also thinking about all these dozens of sites I have to move to J4 and lack of J4 in components I have used - so thanks to HJ for making the effort.

For many of my sites, I could replicate them quicker in Wordpress and Divi, than spend hours looking for J4 alternatives.  But, I won't as much prefer Joomla

SO ... it is a big thumbs up to HJ!

I have a Similar Issue, 
The Selector in Sparky will not allow me to Choose an image ANYWHERE in the Site
I have replace all the supplied Images with my own using the Server FTP.

It's not working with the preview URLs (temporary URLs). So, when you assign a real domain name to your website, it will work.
