Sparky Framework Update 4.2 -> 5.x

Hello,
I bought a template 2 years ago and have used it since then. Now I have to upgrade to Joomla 5 and also need an upgrad for my Sparky Framework and maybe also for the template. The website somewhere says that I can get free updates. Could you please tell me where and how?

To upgrade to Joomla 5.x properly, you need new updated template files. So, after upgrading Joomla, you should install the new template files. In order to be able to download up-to-date template files, you need active membership account.

Didn't it say somewhere, that with a one-time purchase of a template you have life-time access to upgrades???

Anyway, I wanted to pay another subscription now, but at the payment page it said "Subscriptions can't be renewed in advance with credit card". I don't have a PayPal account and don't want to have one, because I ran into a fraud there once. Can you send me an invoice for bank transfer or how can we solve this?

No, we never provided lifetime access to updates. You can't renew your account as it's expired a long time ago. However, you can start a new membership from here www.hotjoomlatemplates.com/joomla-template-club and pay with a credit card (you can log in to your account during checkout).
