Inserting video into a page

Hi Milos - thanks for the upgrade of Sparky!

Have inserted an mp4 into home page using the video block.  Previously it worked. 

Now I have issues - occasionally works with Chrome after a load time (I presume thats what it might be) but nothing in Edge - just shows the placeholder image.
I have reduced size of mp4 but still same issue
Any ideas?

Hello,

I don't think this is related to the Sparky Page Builder version. Try to open this video in Edge directly. The video file is probably not compatible with this browser.

File works fine if linked directly eg broadlandsview.com.au/images/video/optimized.mp4
so not sure what is the issue. For some time I have found uploading images via Joomla media to be sometimes an issue in that file appears uploaded but does not show in list until a refresh.

Hi - I am in Australia so work when you are asleep and vice versa I reduced size of file just incase that was an issue, followed help I found on sites but still no solution. I abandoned using iframes and used a simple extension instead- works fine.
