Trying to replace the original logo with another png file I created in Illustrator. Even when I set the image size to exactly match the original I still get distortion when it displays. Go to

to see what happen. (It is the winged M in the header) then just drag the image file to another browser window to see what it suppose to look like. I have played around with the sizes quite a bit and still no success. Help, I'm missing something on this! I also tried it with a jpg and had the same problem.
Edit: Using photoshop I created a file that is only 75% of the proper height. It is still getting stretched beyond the boundary for the banner. I 'm assuming some attribute is set to do this but I'm at a loss for now.
