Help please. WP Vortex

So are saying I have to stop using the WP theme and change the whole site over to joomla. Thats not exactly a solution is it? It will also mean I have to go purchase the joomla theme for this, when I already have purchased the whole years worth of WP themes.

This is not looking very promising.

How many more accounts am I expected to open to get support for products I have PURCHASED? We are all busy, and have other things to be doing, all I require is a fix for one of You're products which I have PAID for.

You need 1 paid account for downloads.
You need 1 free account for Joomla support (if you need that kind of support).
You need 1 free account for WordPress support (if you need that kind of support).
