Language file not loading... was created by mrALF
Somehow it seems the language file is not properly loaded, the template settings all have names like:

TPL_HOT_VORTEX_LABEL_USER1316
TPL_HOT_VORTEX_LABEL_TEXT_COLOR

etc

The /templates/hot_vortex/language/en-GB/en-GB.tpl_hot_vortex.ini seems to be OK.

that file should be in language/en-GB/ not in /templates/hot_vortex/language/en-GB/

Well, there is a copy there as well, but still no luck...

Maybe it's a file permission issue?
It should be 644.

It is 644.....

Check the coding, found out it wasn't UTF-8, changed it to UTF-8 (No BOM), but still no luck...

Is your default language English?
