Hot Spinner and Joomla 1.7

Hi, I just installed the Hot Spinner module on our site. But the site is still on Joomla 1.7. The 1.5 module doesnt work at all, the 2,5 version is full of bugs.

Is there a possibility that hot spinner runs smooth on Joomla 1.7?

There are two versions of spinner one for j1.5 other for j1.6 - j2.5. Did you download right one?

I updated to 2.5. It kind of works. But it still has bugs.

But in Chrome (OSX Lion) and in Safari (iPad) (and other browsers too) the spinner doesnt go round smooth. And it goes mad if you click on the star icon. How can I fix that?

Re-download spinner in 24h, for not running smooth open modules\mod_hot_spinner\tmpl\default.php
