Frontend Edit Article Icon Tooltip

When I login to the frontend of the site to edit an article, I hover over the edit article icon (the pencil icon) and the tooltip shows up "behind" the main content area.

I've tried using z-index but to no avail (unless I'm not targeting the correct selector).

Any ideas on how to fix this?

it's z-index, put bigger value. If that has no effect sen us link

I've set the z-index as high as 99999 with no effect at all.

I don't see z-index on .tip-wrap , add this:

}
