SEF mode problem

someone could telle me why my links are broken when i activate SEF mode ?
Only pages inked from HomePage works.

Did you rename htaccess.txt to .htaccess in Joomla folder? If yes, please consult your hosting provider. Joomla SEF could cause problems on some servers and it's not template problem.

i've just renaed my htacces to .htacces, works better, but some strange problem remains with module mod_custon (for example Atelier show, link is not understood when i write ./index/activites/showtime but works when i write karimari.asso.fr/activites/showtime
