Cannot load plugins

All is in "No Filtering"

I have switched back to my old template and anything works fine.
All plugins are enabled ...

Second error: In the bg slideshow always shows for a while the first image and then the next image. Watch the link www.edipsos.gr to see what I mean

any idea ????

for first problem we can do nothing without admin access, for second you can do this:

.hjt-gallery-image-view IMG{
-ms-filter: "progid:DXImageTransform.Microsoft.Alpha(Opacity=50)";
filter: alpha(opacity=0);
-moz-opacity: 0;
-khtml-opacity: 0;
opacity: 0;
}

add that to bottom of template_css.css
