hot start not so hot ;)

Hi ,
i uploaded the hotstart to the server but i got this MSG

Fatal error: Call to undefined method JHtml::getJSObject() in /home/content/n/a/d/nadirzohar/html/OnlineAsiaTours/libraries/joomla/html/behavior.php on line 239

what should i do ?

Upload whole _hot_start.zip to your web root and unpack it there using cpanels file manager. Than way you will be sure all files are copied (ftp may drop files and you may not note when copying joomla folder , if single zip is copied you are sure all is there)

After that set CHMOD to all files and folders to 755 also using cpanels file manager.
Then start installation again
