It appear s you did not make change to View Larger Map link it rendered like this:

<small><a href=" maps.google.com/maps?q=That+Dam+@17.9659...106&output=embed " style="color:#0000FF;text-align:left">View Larger Map

so there is no target="_blank" in <a> tag.

The hosting people were moving files up one directory, it must have got lost.

Now it works perfectly
