How to connect category with subcategory was created by gotin_pld

hello please help me to connect category with subcategory.I make category with subcategory but i can't find how to put on subcategory

When VM is present in joomla , VM adds "VirtueMart" menu item type (talking about regular joomla menu). So When you set item type to be "VirtueMart" in left part (Parameters (Component)) you get options to select category or product.
