Missing virtuemart.cfg.php file

I bought also Hot Cosmetic and made the Hotstart installation, and i didn't find the file on the root /administrator/components/com_virtuemart

i send you a picture to see if i am in the wrong root, there is a file named virtuemart.cfg but is not a PHP file an even when i open it in dreamweaver i can't find the code:

I wonder if this is for my 1.7.3 joomla version and virtuemart 2.0.0 , i saw you make us the favor of upload the file, i just wonder if i can upload it directly to my ftp com_virtuemart file or i need t make a new installation?

forget the file

For Joomla 1.7 and later, this step is not required and it's performed automatically in HotStart. It's necessary in Joomla 1.5 only to edit file virtuemart.cfg.php.
