A few questions about using the Hot Effects Rotator on the homepage similiar to how the demo site is setup.

1. Can you use the Hot Effects Rotator and also use the Left and Right Module positions and or the User1-4? (Currently it is in the Advert1 position)

2. Can you center the images or the Hot Effects Rotator on the page?

Yes, you can put it and set it width/height to fit your layout. You can use any position.

hmmm... I do see that I can adjust the width and height but is there a way to center the images? My home page closely resembles the demo as far as setup goes. I cannot get custom html in the the left and right module positions to appear on the Home page. Any suggestions?

I can't seem to get the Image Rotator to appear in any other module besides the advert positions.

Also even when unpublishing the Image Rotator I can not get the custom html in the right module to show on the home page.

Am I doing something wrong or do you have the same issue in the demo?

Thanks again.

hmm, inset position is not defined in index.php of template, open it na d fin this:

...
<?php if (!$ishome) { ?>
...

then before it insert:

<jdoc:include type="modules" name="inset" style="xhtml" />

save, and after that try inset position.
