Change black background in the home page, to white

You know how I can change the black background of the home page for me to stay as white as the other pages. This is my page so you can see the changes I'm getting: www.pelucashop.com . I tried editing the. Css and changing the color but not changed, if not an image or switching from another site. Have if you can help me. thanks

Please edit it in file /templates/hot_cosmetics/css/layout.css. The line to change is:

background-color:#000;
