Hi. I installed Cosmetic and started the shop ( www.jacaby.co.uk ) , unfortunately there few issue i got. Registering does not work at all. When i put all details I getting information shown on the asreen below:

So I did check the settings in Joomla configuration an set them like my hosting provider wsnt me to screen from 1nad1:

Second problem Is when i add something to my cart and go to cart i can see this screen:

But when i try to click the buttons in the red square then my browser shows error shown below:

What is wrong? I dont have clue, Please help.

And few question:
1 How do I define ways to Pay?? Is there some modules to download?
2 Is it possible to buy something without registering?
3 How do I define shippment?

There are payment and shipment methods lists . You can add,edit and delete them as products. Link are clearly visible in vm admin????


For your problem with e-mails, you selected SMTP method , try to use same parameters in outlook or what ever mail client you use to send test e-mail.
Usually SMTP will be more secure that you have in your parameters:

SMTP Aut... = NO ???
SMTP Security = none ???
- are you sure???

SMTP Aut... = NO ???
SMTP Security = none ???
- are you sure???

I tested both settings, I added that account to my client mail and it work properly, not on the website!

This is definitely not a template issue, but issue with your server. Please consult your hosting provider.

They sorted the problem with mailing system. That was theirs fault. Yet i can't find the solution for described error abowe which is:

I did find some help but that doesn't wor i mean that someon sugested to change in the configuration.php file and change the line value from $force_ssl = '1'; to 0
What is wrong?
