vm_cosmetics.css was created by kjamson

Hi HotJoomlaTemplates team,

I downloaded this template to use with Joomla 2.5 and VM 2.0.2. I am wondering is vm_cosmetics.css is actually being used. If so, where it is being used? I only see all VM part of the page use the css came with VM.
