Remove Manufacturer & Joomla Fashion Store title

hello i unpublished manufacturer but it still shows up in the products page. I want to know how to remove it. and also i want to know how to remove the title Joomla Fashion Store from the stores link in the footer menu? Thanks

is this to remove both Manufacturer & Joomla Fashion Store title

The flypage file is in /templates/hot_fashionstore/html/com_virtuemart/productdetails/default.php
