#22287 Updating to Joomla 2.5

I'm about to update to Joomla 2.5 and am currently running Cosmetics 1.0 with Joomla 1.5. Will 1.0 work with 2.5 or do I need to update Cosmetics to a new version? Is there a way to auto-update Cosmetics from Joomla admin or do I need to install a new version?

I assume I will need to update Virtumart as well to its latest version since I'm currently using Virtumart?

You need to get new template for new joomlas from our download section. Process of upgrade from 1.5 -> 2.5 is not update its kind a creating site again. There is component jUPGRADE that can make thing easier for you. Also joomla is joomla and vm is vm, this is the page describing vm update:
