Pictures are getting bigger than my view area

But I am already sometimes the problem, that my start oder my end image aren't having the full size

If I put the rectangle smaller and save this, the next moment my rectangles are over some pictures again.
My pictures are from 1000 x 308 to 1000 x 494.

If I make my rectangle extrem (very small), than I can see hole picture (start & end).

Can you give me a tipp?
How is the best way for me to do it? What do I have to care for?

Your pictures must be the same resolution to fix this. So, you should have both images in 1000 x 308 by cropping the bigger images in Photoshop.
