Problem with IE9 was created by undracnebun

I can open the Admin fine but when I try to open the website, I get this message : "Do you want to open or save GhidPariuri_com (35.6kb) from www.ghidpariuri.com ?" When I click on OPEN it asks me what program I want to use to open the site.

Please help me, i don`t get it.

open template_css.php (and also template_css_ie.php if you have it) . At begging you will see line starting like this:

header(...

delete that line.
