Changing heading text on "Choose Sport"

How can I change the front page headings "Choose Sport" and "Sport News Center"? I know it's got to be easy but I don't know which file to edit.

Enter home page menu item settings , in parameters in right panels you will find value to change.

Thanks for the fast response! However, my "Hot Betting Template" does not have a "home page" area (but it does have "featured articles"). I was able to fix "Choose Sport', however, despite this.

I am still unable to change "Sport News Center" heading, which is not located in the same place as "Choose Sport". Site is located at laytonathletics.us

No in menu manager, find top menu , open its items . Default item is one with star enter it's settings.
