Some modules are not visible in Module Manager

For example, here --- zem.ua/index.php/uk/?tp=1&template=hot_betting --- your demonstration module is visible at the position "tab1" at the bottom of the page.

But in Joomla Module Manager it does not exist!

The same problem on another site with the same hot_betting25 template.

That is not module that is template feature to create tabs form few module positions
