Can not find a Module in the Extension List...

Ok..because i have the proble with the carousel Pro Extension, i delete that extension and install
the updatet version new via Extension manager. But after the install... i can not find it in the extension list? I can see the extension via FTp in the modules dir of my server. how can this solved????

In module manager go to "New" the create new instance of carousel pro module
