fixed the problem...installed a fresh copy of Joomla and uploaded the Hot Flashes as a template rather then using the Hotstart provided when I bought it.

Hi. I have the same problem in a site I try to "refresh". It was installed with hot_flashes31_hotstart. I need now to register members in this site. And I face the "You cannot access the private section of this site." problem. I did another fresh installation with hot_flashes31_hotstart.zip and the first thing I did was to enable login module. Nothing else. The problem exists. So knowing what budginut (the user that started this topic) did, seems that your hot_flashes31_hotstart.zip have a problem. Should be a distroyed database or something else.
Do you think we can fix it because I don't want to install drom the start everything.

As an addon, I noticed taht if the user is a superuser there is no problem. If he is a registered user then Ii displays the "You cannot access the private section of this site."
