Anyone installed and have a working Model site going with this template?

Ok,

so that is about $45.00 to purchase it, this template looks great, however, way too much aggravation to edit it.

I have never seen a script so time consuming, just to edit content. I paid for the template, and this point wish I hadn't, very disappointed in this template...

Just not worth it anymore,,,
