Hi!

I have a site built on Joomla 2.5 with the Model Agency template and was thinking of upgrading to 3.2. Could you pls tell me the correct procedure for that. If I upgrade to 3.2 how shold I correctly upgrade the template to the Joomla 3.2 compatible version.

Thanks!

Yes you will need to download j3.x.x template version from our site and you can just overwrite files. But If you had changes/customizations in some files skip that files.

Thanks for the response!

About skipping some folders. Like the CSS and images etc. Could you please identify the files and folders that are essential for an successful upgrade and must be over written with the new 3.2 template file and folders when I upload with the ftp. Most of the changes that I have made to the original template have been in the css and images folders.

Thanks again!

You can preserve your images no problem. Css differences are minor so you should be able to keep your css files also.
Anyway first make backup of template folder

Can you post full error details. If you see only that set temporally Error Reporting level to maximum in joomla global configuration then browse your site to get all error data.
