Tried that with error reporting at max and still get this error only "JHtmlBehavior::mootools not found."

Remove JHtml::_('behavior.framework', true); from index.php of template

Tried this no effect! Will restore and start all over again this time will not upgrade directly to 3.2.1 but rather upgrade to and earlier version of 3.1.5 or 3.2.0 and see how that goes. Will let you know.
