Problem with titles in articles

I have a problem with the article title links.In order to explain my problem I will use the demo that is here.
As you can see from the following link demo.hotjoomlatemplates.com/hotel17/inde...p/home-page/about-us
as soon as I click on the title "About us" the title appears twice as you can see from the following link demo.hotjoomlatemplates.com/hotel17/index.php/about-us
I am making the site with joomla 2.5
Any solution please?

one is page title other is article title eater disable page title in menu item settings (right panel parameters) or article title.
