It will be compatible with joomla 3.0 version?

Joomla 3.0 is not official, 3.5 will be, so we will support 3.5 when it comes. Also we do not recommend going to 3.0 at all unless you are just checking new things.

I create new site. Between version 3.0 -> 3.1 -> 3.5 should be a smooth update exactly when 1.6 -> 1.7 -> 2.5

Version of Hot Hotel for Joomla 3.0 will be available in 1-2 days, but as Ivan said, Joomla 3.0 is not intended for production websites. However, if you insist, you can use Joomla 3.0 for your site.

Will be a responsive layout, and edit by admin from front site?

No, the Hotel template is not developed as a responsive template and it won't be responsive in Joomla 3.0. BTW, the version that's compatible with Joomla 3.0 is already available.
