Help! Upgrade from J3.11 to J3.2

I renamed to one plugin that we had installed and got the site just about back working

But when I now login to the Admin Control panel I am getting this error:

An error has occurred.
1146 Table 'cl49-j_v3-2013.wnco2_postinstall_messages' doesn't exist SQL=SHOW FULL COLUMNS FROM `wnco2_postinstall_messages`

Just to report back, that I have fixed this

I went to extension manager, then Database, where the error was showing. I then clicked on "Fix" and it fixed the problem .
