Hi
I was wondering if I could update Hot Hotel system to 2,5? Is there any problems with that, that I might face when I will try?

That is not easy task because there is not automated process. You need basically to install new joomla then migrate content and extensions. jUpgrade can help you with process. (Also we can do custom job for you)
