module padding for article listing

there is a huge gap between the listing of articles and I have used Firebug to try and find where that can be fixed but I can not find it, can you advise how to close the gap between article listings in a module position?

It may be in template_css.php <- PHP file and that is why you don't see it as css file in debugger.
