Hi Ivan,
Go to www.meta-training.org.uk select "Training Solutions" and try to go to sub menu "short internal courses" and you will see the problem as the mouse slips to the second menu item....

There are no gaps that terminate visibility, but there is kind lot of horizontal empty space from 2dn level text to 3rd level drop-down, I guess this is problematic because user must navigate mouse for 2cm in empty space kipin it with bounds with no visible borders. You can simple make 3d-level drop down closer.
In template_css.css:
#nav li ul ul {
left: 216px;
margin: 0;
}
put left: 186px; or some other slammer value for left.
