User 4and user 3 to same position

I want to put user 4 at the same line with the menu from user 3
Specifically I want to replace the social icons with the GTranslate flags an put it on the same line

Open index.php of template , move module position placing tag with <... name="user4" .... /> just after one with name="user3" and save. Then you will need probably to limit menu width like this add this to bottom of template_css.css:
