Problem with Sparky Editor. Cannot save changes on Articles

Hello,
after editing changes for test Editor  i can not save this.
"Invalid field: Created ByUnable to find a user with the ID: 591
"It is looks that i dont have the permissions to make any Changes. I am a Super User. The User with the ID: 591????? He dont exists here under Users. Any suggestions Milos??
I tryed on Chrome and Firefox, the same results.

Hello,

To solve this, go to the Publishing tab, click the User icon in the "Created By" field, and click your user name. Finally, save the article.
