Sorry if the issue is not clearly explained but on both pc and mobile, when you scroll to the bottom of the page, it doesn't stay there - it jumps up to the top of the
screen. You can't see the footer.
You made the third row a floating row in the template settings. Go to the template settings and under Layout, click the Row Settings button next to the third row. Disable the Floating option and save the row settings and the template settings.
