Site not correct after hot start install

Hello, I hope you can help. I have just purchased the Hot Wine template and have attempted the hot start installation twice on my localhost with no success.

I followed the instructions provided in the template installation pdf and there were no errors. I installed the sample content as well. After deleting the installation folder and viewing the site from the front end, it is not correct. The text content is installed and some of the css is applied but no modules or module positions are applied (see attached screen shot).

How can I correct this so that I get a correct replica of the Hot Wine demo?

I have the exact same problem. The screenshot provided by mogomike is the same that I see too. i've used about 5 templates from this site and haven't had an issue. There's a problem with the hot_start download for this template. At least for the Joomla 2.5 one. Please fix!

The Joomla 3 version installs just fine. I need 2.5 though!

Did you click on "Install Sample Data" button during 2.5 installation?

Yep, both times. Then deleted the installation folder.
