Can't install

Hi,

Even I followed the install video step by step, I can't install the template for a reason I don't know.
The files are on the server in the root folder, thats the end. The install page, after I insert the link never works.
Please a bit of help :whistle:

It looks like you placed site files in wrong folder , you should get white page when browsing for:
